Shangrila Home Project (SHP)

Shangri-La Home (SH) is a dedicated initiative that provides holistic care and support to vulnerable children across Nepal. Since its establishment, SH has served as a safe haven for children in need, offering shelter, education, nutritious food, clothing, and essential health and psychological support. From 1998 to 2024 AD, a total of 80 boys and girls have successfully graduated from the home, equipped with the skills and confidence to lead independent and meaningful lives.

Currently, SH is home to 32 children (15 girls and 17 boys) who are pursuing their education in a nurturing and family-like environment. This supportive atmosphere not only enhances their literacy and academic performance but also contributes significantly to their overall well-being. Shangri-La Home places a strong emphasis on emotional care, providing the stability and encouragement necessary for each child’s personal and social development. Through its continued commitment, SH ensures that every child under its care has the opportunity to thrive, dream, and achieve their full potential.
