Shangri- La Out Scholarship Project (OSP)

The Out Scholarship Support Project is a flexible and needs-based educational support initiative designed to assist school children living outside the main target areas of the Shangri-La Scholarship Project (SSP). Recognizing that educational needs extend beyond designated project zones, this program aims to reach vulnerable students who lack access to basic educational resources due to economic hardship or geographic isolation.
The project provides tailored support based on the specific needs of each student, including: Educational Support: Coverage of school fees and other necessary academic expenses. Books and Stationery: Provision of essential learning materials such as textbooks, notebooks, and writing tools.

This initiative complements the broader mission of the SSP by extending the spirit of equitable education to all, regardless of their location.
In total 55 students are benefitted from the project among them 4 of them are still in schooling.

School Uniforms: Support with school uniforms to promote equal participation and self-esteem. Need-Based Assistance: Additional support such as school bags, shoes, or any other necessary items identified through individual
assessments.
The Out Scholarship Support Project ensures that deserving students outside the SSP’s primary operational areas are not left behind. By addressing the educational needs of these children, the project look after greater inclusion and contributes to their academic growth and personal development.
