Shangri-La Vocational Training Centre (SVTC)
In total of 675 students of Shangri-La International had benefitted from SVTC since 2003 till date. Out of which 206 people have been trained in pottery, 328 in carpentry, 367 in Agriculture, 224 in Tailoring, 141 in Building Electrician and 116 in Computer Hardware and Networking.

School- based Vocational Training Centre (SVTC),
Shangri-La Orphanage Home has been running a comprehensive skill development initiative through its School- based Vocational Training Centre (SVTC), offering pre-vocational training for students from classes 7 to 9 and vocational training for students who have appeared for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
The primary objective of this program is to equip students with practical and market-relevant skills from an early age, promoting self-confidence and preparing them for future employment or entrepreneurship opportunities. The goal is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and hands-on technical skills, enabling students to make informed career choices and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Since its inception in 2003, a total of 722 students have benefitted from the program. Of these, 206 received training in pottery, 349 in carpentry, 397 in agriculture, 241 in tailoring, 167 in building electrics, and 116 in computer hardware and networking. Same student appeared in two trainings in a year due to that total number is 722.
